Just a heads up: I spend more time under the barbell than I do behind a keyboard. Drop your info and your message in the form below, be as clear as possible, and I’ll get back to you within 1 to 2 business days. Let’s get to work.

FAQ’s

Q: Are you currently taking on new online coaching clients?

A: Yes. If you are done program-hopping and ready to actually put in the work, I have a few spots open. Select “Online Coaching” in the form below, drop your current numbers, weight class, and goals in the message box, and we’ll see if we’re a good fit. I don’t do cookie-cutter programs, so be ready to grind.

Q: My deadlift is stuck. Should I just switch to sumo?

A: Maybe, but not because it’s “cheating” or easier. It comes down to your torso length, arm length, and hip mobility. Before you email me asking to fix your pull, go read my full breakdown on Sumo vs. Conventional Deadlifts. If you read that, tested your stance, and still need an expert eye, that’s exactly what my coaching is for.

Q: Can you write me a custom meal plan to cut weight for my next meet?

A: I don’t write hyper-specific, broccoli-and-tilapia meal plans. I teach you how to fuel for performance. If you just want to know how to eat before a heavy session without feeling bloated and sluggish, read my free guide on Fueling for a Heavy Training Session. If you want full coaching that includes macro guidance for a meet prep, fill out the form below.

Q: How do I qualify for massive meets like Sheffield or Nationals?

A: You get brutally strong. For the absolute pinnacle like Sheffield, you need to be hitting 95% of IPF world records. For local or national meets, check your specific federation’s rulebook and qualifying totals online. If you already know the numbers you need to hit and want a peaking block to get you there, shoot me a message.
